USA Customers Info

For U.S. customers, all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are fully covered.

Import Duties for Europe

Orders to Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and carrier handling fees. These charges vary by country and are calculated based on the total order value, including shipping costs. These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery. Your local postal service or carrier may require payment before releasing your parcel.

I recommend checking your country's import tax and customs regulations before placing an order. Any additional fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Import Duties for other Countries

Please note that all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that shipments are sent without pre clearance through customs. The customer is therefore responsible for all customs duties, value added tax (VAT), and any other import charges that may apply upon entry into the destination country. The local postal or shipping carrier may request payment of these fees before the parcel is released for delivery.

Please note that all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, and any other fees charged by local authorities or carriers are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Tracking number
All shipments are sent with a tracking number and are sent with the Swiss Post. As soon as the order has been sent, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number. You can check the shipment status via:

Damaged package

Pebby Cutter assumes no liability for packages that have been damaged in transit. Such a case must be reported as a damage claim at the nearest post office with the tracking number available. If this happens, please contact me and I will help you.

Stolen or lost packages

Pebby Cutter assumes no liability for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost in transit, a claim must also be submitted to the post office using the tracking number. If a package is declared as “delivered” no loss can be claimed. 

If you do not accept the products sent by Pebby Cutter, do not pick them up or if they cannot be delivered, you will be charged for all costs incurred. Pebby Cutter is not liable for undeliverable or late delivery of goods due to incorrect delivery address information provided by the customer, absence of the recipient, or problems with customs clearance. If there are any issues with this, please contact Pebby Cutter immediately for further instructions.
